Solid surfaces can be cut, routed, drilled, sculpted, bent, or worked like wood. They are heat and scratch resistant, durable, long-lasting and non-porous, so they do not stain. They are easy to clean, and resist the growth of mould, mildew and bacteria, making them perfect for use in kitchens and bathrooms.

The fact that solid surfaces are resistant to moisture, heat and UV-rays also makes them great for outdoor use, such as exterior wall claddings. Add to that their translucency, range of colours, and their ability to be thermoformed and made ‘seamless’, then the design possibilities become almost endless.
